These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Zanshin Spirits II (“the App”), provided by HARO Works (“we”). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for private, non-commercial entertainment purposes on devices you own or control.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, tampering with game data or progress, or interfering with the App’s servers.
• Reverse engineering, modifying, or redistributing the App except as permitted by law.

We may restrict access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

3. In-app purchases

• Welcome a sword (consumable): you choose one sword you do not yet own from the swords offered that day, and it is added to your armory at the purchased rank (★3, ★4 or ★5) as soon as the purchase completes. It is not a random item and does not create any balance or currency.
• Remove Ads (one-time): stops full-screen ads. It can be restored on the same store account with Restore purchases in Settings.
• Everything that can be bought can also be earned by playing. Purchases do not affect scores.
• Prices are shown in the store. Payment, cancellation and refunds follow the rules of the App Store or Google Play. A purchased sword becomes part of your game progress and cannot be transferred to another player.
• If you are a minor, please get permission from a parent or guardian before making a purchase.

4. Advertising

The App shows ads provided by Google AdMob between screens, and optional reward ads that you choose to watch (up to a daily limit). We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the products they promote.

5. Rankings and house names

• Your house name, crest, score, stage and weapon are shown to other players in the rankings. You can turn this off in Settings.
• Do not use names that are offensive, impersonate others, or contain personal information. We may reject such names and remove ranking entries that violate these Terms or appear to be cheating, without notice.

6. Historical content

The App draws on Japanese history (provinces, clans, lords and battles of the Sengoku period). Names, events and depictions are dramatized for the game and may differ from historical fact.

7. Availability and changes

The App and its online features are provided “as is”. We may change, suspend, or terminate features at any time without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the App, loss of locally stored data, or third-party services (Google Play, App Store, Firebase, AdMob).

9. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

本規約は、HARO Works(以下「当方」)が提供する 残心スピリッツII(以下「本アプリ」)の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. 利用許諾

当方は、ご自身が所有または管理する端末で、私的かつ非営利の娯楽目的で本アプリを利用する、個人的・非独占的・譲渡不能な権利を許諾します。

2. 禁止事項

• 不正行為、ゲームデータや進行の改ざん、本アプリのサーバーへの妨害
• 法令で認められる場合を除く、本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング・改変・再配布

本規約に違反したと合理的に判断した場合、当方は利用を制限することがあります。

3. アプリ内課金

• 刀を迎える(消費型): その日に迎えられる刀のうち、まだ持っていない刀を 1 本選んで購入すると、購入の完了と同時に購入した★(★3・★4・★5)でその刀が蔵に入ります。ランダムに選ばれる商品ではなく、残高や通貨は生じません。
• 広告なし(買い切り): 全画面広告が表示されなくなります。同じストアのアカウントであれば、設定の「購入の復元」で復元できます。
• 購入できるものはすべてプレイでも手に入ります。購入は得点に影響しません。
• 価格はストアに表示されます。支払い・キャンセル・返金は App Store または Google Play の定めに従います。購入した刀はゲームの進行の一部となり、他のプレイヤーへ移すことはできません。
• 未成年の方は、購入の前に保護者の方の同意を得てください。

4. 広告

本アプリは画面の切り替わりに Google AdMob の広告を表示し、ご自身で選んで見るリワード広告(1 日の上限あり)を提供します。第三者の広告の内容や、広告される商品・サービスについて当方は責任を負いません。

5. 番付と家の名

• 家の名・家紋・得点・面・刀は番付で他のプレイヤーに表示されます。設定で送信を止められます。
• 不快な名、他人になりすます名、個人情報を含む名は使わないでください。当方はそのような名を拒否し、本規約に反する記録や不正と思われる記録を予告なく削除することがあります。

6. 歴史を題材とした表現

本アプリは日本の歴史(戦国時代の国・家・当主・合戦)を題材にしています。名称・出来事・描写はゲームとして脚色しており、史実と異なる場合があります。

7. 提供と変更

本アプリおよびオンライン機能は現状有姿で提供されます。当方は事前の通知なく機能を変更・停止・終了することがあります。

8. 免責

法令で認められる最大限の範囲で、当方は本アプリの利用または利用不能、端末内データの消失、第三者サービス(Google Play、App Store、Firebase、AdMob)に起因する損害について責任を負いません。

9. プライバシー

情報の取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーに定めます。

10. 規約の変更

当方は本規約を改定することがあります。重要な変更は本ページで新しい施行日とともに告知します。変更後に本アプリを利用した場合、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
